Note: Obituary Obituary Frances Aileen Skinner Lowder, age 88, passed away on July 15, 2005 in Delta, UT. She was born on November 10, 1916 in Barron, Wis., USA to Martin Elbert and Florence Norma McKee Skinner. She married Elmo Whitney Lowder on October 18, 1938 in Pinedale, Wy0. and together raised four children. Frances was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many various callings. She loved genealogy and doing temple work. She was greatly loved by her family and many good friends who will all miss her. She is survived by her children J (Stephanie) from Lexington, Mass., Sandra (Dick) of Delta, UT, Alan of Campbell, Cal., and Brent of Las Vegas, Nev.. She is preceded in death by her husband Elmo Lowder, parents Martin and Florence Skinner, three brothers, one sister, one grandson Christopher Willoughby and one granddaughter Breanna Lowder. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday morning, July 20, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at the Parowan 3rd and 4th Ward Building. Friends and family may call on Tuesday night, July 19, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Parowan Southern Utah Mortuary and on Wednesday morning, July 20, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Parowan 3rd and 4th Ward Building. Interment will be in the Parowan Cemetery. |
