Note: Obituary Obituary Wm. A. Skinner, former news-paper man and rancher, died Aug. 17, at his home at Santa Rosa, Calif., at the age of 73 years, 11 months and three days. He is survived by his wife, Florence A., one son, Kenneth W. and two grandchildren, Florence and Martha Skinner. He also has four sisters, Mrs. J. R. Beckwith of Barron, Mrs. D. B. Hulbert of Dallas, Mrs. Wm. Rafferty of Hillsdale, and Mrs. Charles Beckwith of Portland, Oregon.
